What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If you order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please email otmfashions@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. If for any reason you have to return an order, original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will exchange any damaged items.

We do not acccept returns unless your products arrived damaged. 

 

My order has not arrived. Where is it?

After your order has been shipped, a tracking number is sent through email. Please check your email for the tracking number. If there is a delay or if your package does not show any movement, please contact USPS customer service first to ask them to track the package. The USPS customer service phone number is 1-800-275-8777. They should be able to give you information on the whereabouts of your package. USPS is a company separate from OTM Fashion's that we use to ship orders. We are not responsible for stolen or delayed packages.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3-5days. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery if you live in the United States. Please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery of international orders. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. The United States Post Office is closed on all major holidays.
